Freddy Fazbear is the titular antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's, an indie point-and-click survival horror
game developed by Scott Cawthon.
Appearance[]
Freddy Fazbear is an animatronic bear who preforms shows for kids at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, a family pizzeria. He wears a black bow tie and top-hat. His skin color is brown, and has bright blue eyes. He holds a microphone in his right hand, also his ears are really big. Thus has human handprints on his face.
Behavior[]
Freddy, unlike his bandmates Bonnie and Chica, remains in the dark areas of the cameras, trying to be unnoticed. For the first two nights of the security week, Freddy remains on-stage and doesn't move very often. The only time Freddy will move on night 1 or 2 is when the power goes out, but most players don't let that happen. It is more common on night 3, 4, and 5. When the power goes out, the fan will stop, the light will go out, hall lights and the cameras are disabled, and any doors closed will open. The player will at first hear just footsteps and evil laughing, and then Freddy's brightened face will appear in the left doorway. His face will flicker on and off until the whole screen finally goes dark. The player will be forced to sit in the inky darkness until Freddy's jump scare will occur.

Locations[]
Freddy will start on the Show Stage along with bandmates Bonnie and Chica, and will remain there until night 3. He will be sadistically laughing, which echoes down the halls to your office. He remains in the dark areas of the locations, probably trying not to be seen. He appears in the dining area, restrooms, kitchen, east hall, and east hall corner. The only parts of him seen are his glowing white eyes and body parts. His jingle will be heard when he is in the office and the kitchen. Unlike the other animatronics, Freddy cannot cut the video footage and only moves while the monitor is down. A way to prevent Freddy from sneaking into the office would be to monitor the cameras carefully and close the left door if he is on CAM 4B. Freddy might move into the office if the player switches the monitor from CAM 4B to another camera if the left door isn't closed.

Facts[]
-Clicking on Freddy's nose on the "CELEBRATE!" poster will trigger a honking sound.
-Freddy's jingle is the same as Georges Bizet's Toreador Song.
-In Five Nights at Freddy's, Freddy can enter from both sides of the office. Left side if the power runs out, and right side if he enters.
-Freddy is always the last animatronic to leave the Show Stage, even if you try to change that on Custom Night.
